On behalf of the Staff here at Green Crescent Primary, we would like to welcome you to Green Crescent Primary School. Allah the Most High has instructed us:
“Read in the name of your Lord who created, created man with a clot of congealed blood, read and your Lord is most generous Who taught (knowledge ) by the Pen, taught man that which he did not know” [Surah At-Alaq 96:1-5]
The Prophet (may the peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) also said:
“Each of you is a shepherd and responsible for his flock…”

The proper Tarbiyyah – education and upbringing of a child is the responsibility of parents and educators. The knowledge we bestow lays the foundations for their future and will be seen in the sight of Allah.
